Information :- 

Sure! Here is the complete recipe to make pani puri, a popular Indian street food also known as golgappa or puchka. Pani Puri consists of hollow, crispy puris that are filled with sour and spicy flavored water (pani), tamarind chutney (imli ki chutney) and a spicy and tangy filling made from potatoes and chickpeas (ragda). This is a delicious and refreshing snack that is perfect for hot summer days!

Component: -


To make Puri:-

1 cup semolina (semolina/rava)
1/4 cup flour 
1/4 tsp baking soda 
1/4 tsp salt water to knead the dough oil for deep frying

For water:- 

1/2 cup fresh mint leaves 
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves 
1 green chili, chopped 
1 inch piece ginger, 
grated 1 small lemon, 
juiced 1 tsp chaat masala 
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder 
1/2 tsp black salt 
1/2 tsp salt 
1/4 tsp black pepper 
1/4 tsp asafoetida 
2 cups cold water

For tamarind chutney:- 


1/2 cup tamarind pulp 
1/2 cup jaggery or sugar 
1 tsp roasted cumin powder 
1/2 tsp red chili powder 
1/2 tsp black salt 
1/2 tsp salt 
1 cup water

For Rubbing:- 


1 cup dried white peas or chickpeas, 
soaked overnight and boiled until soft 
1 tbsp oil.
1/2 tsp mustard seeds 
1/2 tsp cumin 
1/4 tsp asafoetida 
1 small onion, finely chopped 
1 small tomato, finely chopped 
1/2 tsp turmeric powder 
1/2 tsp red chili powder 
1/2 tsp chaat masala 
salt to taste.

For serving:- 

sliced ​​boiled potatoes chopped onions Wa (Crunchy Chickpea Flour Noodles) Add chopped coriander.

Instruction:- 


Prepare Puri:- 


In a large mixing bowl, combine semolina, flour, baking soda, and salt. Add water gradually and knead to make a soft dough. Cover the dough with a wet cloth and keep it for 10-15 minutes. Heat oil in a deep frying pan or wok on medium heat. Break small balls from the dough and roll them into small round shape. Deep fry the puris in hot oil till they puff up and turn golden brown. Take out the puris in a paper towel lined plate and keep aside.

Prepare Pani:-


Add mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger, lemon juice, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, black salt, salt, black pepper and asafoetida in a blender. Add cold water and mix everything together to make a smooth and tasty pani. Pour the water into a pitcher or serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Prepare tamarind chutney:- 


Add tamarind pulp, jaggery or sugar, roasted cumin powder in a saucepan and mix.
